Welcome to Villa Alice! This vacation villa is situated in an excellent location in the southwest of Cape Coral, just a stone's throw away from Cape Harbour and only a short boat drive to the surrounding islands like Sanibel or Captiva Island.
The villa is designed in a charming wooden style and offers plenty of space for up to eight guests across two floors.
The villa features 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms (1 King and 3 Queen beds) are equipped with a TV. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms and also an extra pool bathroom with an additional shower. The master bedroom is particularly large and offers a cozy seating area with two additional armchairs.
Another Queen bedroom with an own bathroom and terrace is located on the second floor, where there is also another living room - amazing for movie nights with the whole family.
The kitchen, complete with an island and breakfast bar, includes a modern Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker and a Nespresso machine.
As you enter the house, you are greeted by an elegant dining area with a wonderful view of the front yard, perfect for unforgettable dinner evenings.
The outdoor area of the villa invites you to relax: Here, you'll find a Weber grill, a heated pool & spa, sun loungers, and a cozy dining area.
Spend unforgettable days at Villa Alice and enjoy the comfort and luxurious amenities.
All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Villa Alice
We spent two wonderful weeks in Villa Alice. We've rented many of the homes in Cape Coral and are always very pleased to come back. The pool was one of our favorites were we spent a lot of time. Also the location of the villa is great.

Die Tage in Cape Coral waren für mich wie auch allen anderen Mitreisenden absolut traumhaft.
Die Villa hat sich exakt so schön gezeigt, wie es die Fotos im Internet versprechen - das Wetter war sowieso erwartungsgemäß heiß und fast immer sonnig.
Auch der sympathische Empfang am Tag nach unserer Anreise war für uns sehr angenehm – wir mussten nicht einmal unsere verstaubten Englischkenntnisse strapazieren.
Kurz zusammengefasst kann ich nur sagen, dass alles in allem für uns perfekt war:
Die wunderschöne Villa mit ihrer hervorragenden Ausstattung und besonders auch die unkomplizierte und kompetente Abwicklung seitens der Agentur.
Auf alle Fälle werden wir das „Gesamtpaket“ gerne weiterempfehlen.
Abschließend möchte ich noch die tollen Lage erwähnen, direkt gegenüber von Cape Harbour. Restaurants und Bars für schöne Abende im Hafen waren schnell erreichbar
