All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Paramount hat uns allen riesig gefallen! Ein Wunderschönes Haus, tiptop eingerichtet und alles da was das Herz begehrt!Wir haben uns alle rundum Wohlgefühlt. Insbesondere die Mädchen haben sich wie Princessinnen gefühlt! Jede ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad und ein Pool ganz für sie alleine! War echt spitze! Und auch der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert! Ein grosses Kompliment an sie alle! So macht Urlaub Spass! Herzlichen Dank!Und, wir machen die Drohung war und kommen (gehen) gerne wieder! Nach etlichen Besuchen in Florida war dies das schönste Haus, die riesige Pool Anlage, die Top Lage mit Blick auf Natur, die gepflegte Villa mit liebevollen Details, es war super!!!
