All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.

I was frankly astounded by the excellency of my stay in this house in Cape Coral. I don't know if it was the location that impressed me, or maybe it was the cool pool, bubbly jacuzzi, or the classy quality of the furnishing.
The master bedroom I stayed in was magnificent and had a vast and very clean bathroom.
It was a special place to spend my days off and I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Cape Coral.
The home was perfect in every way. From the minute we checked into the house, everything was excellent and exactly what anyone could want from a vacation home.
The property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any questions on the house or the area. She was able to offer some suggestions on dining and sightseeing in the area.
The house was spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was great to cook in as well as the top notch grill on the patio. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious.
The pool and spa were spotless as well and the temperatures can be adjusted to suit everyone’s tastes.
It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in this house and have not overlooked even the slightest detail.
My family has rented about six or seven times in the area and this home was without question, the best home so far. When we decide to rent again, this will be the house we will stay in!! Thanks again for a great home and a vacation with great memories!!
