This spectacular Vacation Villa will take you on a green adventure, in more than one way. Firstly, when thinking of the most important tasks for humankind in the next few years, we have found our answer: the mission for us to find more renewable energy sources to harvest from and help protect this amazing planet. Secondly the Villa is located right on the North spreader Waterway of Cape Coral, overlooking the astonishing Nature Preserve consisting of Green Mangrove Trees.
The green energy house tries to create a beautiful symbiosis of green, renewable energy sources and a close connection to Florida's nature.
This beautiful and unique two-story house was just finished in the Summer of 2021 and was constructed after the newest regulations for buildings in Florida. Striving after its mission and following its name, the Villa Green Energy uses various modern technologies to use as much of the green Energy our Earth has to offer.
The Villa harvests its energy from the sun through solar panels. The energy collected from the strong Floridian sun is stored in two powerpacks from Tesla.
As for the water in this home, it is heated by a thermal solar heating system, also using the warmth of the sun.
Villa Green Adventure has an enormous amount of space to enjoy your stay close to Florida’s nature to the fullest extent. Four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and access to the outside provide space for all your family and or friends to enjoy this exceptional experience together. Nature can be enjoyed from the balcony and observation deck.
Make sure to bring your binoculars to watch the Floridian Wildlife as for example manatees or dolphins in the spreader canal and birds in the mangrove trees.
Three separate Air conditioning systems control the temperature in the Villa, using only the most modern and energy saving technologies. The living area is divided into five different climate zones, and the temperature can be regulated separately in every room. To complete the exceptional living experience, a special filter is used to clean the air, and a water filter, making it possible to have filtered water ready to drink out of every faucet.
Apart from all the technologies, this vacation villa also has a lot more to offer. The whole house is furnished with the highest quality interior. The kitchen has Bosch electronic appliances, and offers a Nespresso, a Keurig, and a Filter Coffee Maker.
The impressive living room has ceilings of about 26 feet, and an electric fireplace is ready to create a cozy and homey feel. From here, ceiling high glass sliding doors that can be completely opened, open the way onto the private pool and the view is directed toward nature.
As further technological features, each of the Bedrooms has a Samsung Smart TV, there is a TV on the lanai, and one in the Livingroom, which runs on cable and offers over 200 channels. A SONOS sound system is installed throughout the entire house, and the whole lot has high speed Wi-Fi.
The outside area also has a great variety to offer apart from the beautiful scenery. The infinity pool was a shallow area perfect for sunbathing or for little kids to play in and has a hot tub. There is an outdoor shower and a spacious outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, including a big outdoor dining table for up to 8 people to enjoy your grilled creations on.
The Villa Green Adventure has a special location, following the city’s fast growth, the Northwest of the Cape was discovered as offering maybe even better features than the popular southwest.
Being close to the Burnt Store Road and Pine Island Road, grocery shopping and dining opportunities are also reached in under 5 minutes. 3 beautiful parks, Sirena Vista, Joe Stonis and Tropicana Park can also be reached by foot, offering various free activities like tennis and fitness equipment.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.
