The giant master bedroom with an En-Suite bathroom, offers enough space for relaxation and a deep sleep and the office doubles as an additional bedroom, providing flexibility for your accommodation needs. 3 more guest bedrooms (2 queen and 1 king), which are perfectly suited for guests, are located in the left wing of the house with two additional bathrooms (one of which is also an en-suite and doubles as a pool bath).
The house provides a TV in all bedrooms.
The wood-style kitchen, a real eye-catcher, is placed right in the middle of the open living- and dining area. Plus, there's a Nespresso machine, making it a cozy and tasteful spot for your coffees in the morning or during the days.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.
