Villa Ananda offers a spacious open concept floorplan with a seamless flow from inside to out. A modern and high-end, fully equipped kitchen. A separate home office. A second family room upstairs, with pool table and bar, that opens to a large screened in lanai, designed to enjoy the evening glow over the wide canal and its intersections thanks to the home’s western exposure. 5 Master Suites, each one with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The downstairs Master suite has in addition a spa like, freestanding bathtub.
An exceptionally large pool deck with infinity pool, spa and outdoor kitchen invites for gatherings with a spectacular water view and often dolphin or manatee sights.
Villa Ananda provides Smart-Tv’s in the living room and all bedrooms, Sonos sound system and free unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Nach fast drei Jahren Pandemie, in dem wir nicht die Möglichkeiten hatten, einen Familien Urlaub in Cap Coral zu buchen, haben wir uns sehr gefreut diesen Urlaub ohne Einschränkungen und viel Sonne zu genießen.
Das Haus Ananda war ein Traum, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel bis ins kleinste Detail.
Der Pool war für unsere Enkelkinder das Highlight und so wie es in den meisten Fällen ist, nicht mehr herauszubekommen.
Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt und wir konnten daher direkt auf den River zusteuern.
Es war für uns eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Chilling on the dock
A great property in Cape Coral that was an excellent second home following a week in Orlando.
Pool, deck and dock area perfect.
Its a hard life fishing, drinking beer and simply chilling.
We were a party of ten and used the property to its full effect.
Plenty of space, privacy and not a bad room in the house.
