With 4.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a pool bathroom, Villa Al Palasyo is designed to provide the utmost comfort and indulgence. The giant master bedroom with an En-Suite bathroom, offers enough space for relaxation and a deep sleep and the office doubles as an additional bedroom, providing flexibility for your accommodation needs. 3 more guest bedrooms (2 queen and 1 king), which are perfectly suited for guests, are located in the left wing of the house with two additional bathrooms (one of which is also an en-suite and doubles as a pool bath).
The house provides a TV in all bedrooms.
The wood-style kitchen, a real eye-catcher, is placed right in the middle of the open living- and dining area. Plus, there's a Nespresso machine, making it a cozy and tasteful spot for your coffees in the morning or during the days.
The villa features a table top soccer, 2 double kayaks, 2 bicycles, fishing rods and a table tennis. ATTENTION: Charging electric vehicles at the house is prohbited due to danger of electricity fires
ATTENTION: Water and pool heater are operated with propane which can lead to considerable costs if used without care

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Das Haus war wirklich toll und wir konnten die Zeit dort genießen. Eigentlich wollten wir ein Jahr Florida aussetzen - aber nach der tollen Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften, überlegen wir nun doch schon wieder für den kommenden Winter zu buchen...
