Villa Papageno has approx. 220 m² of living space and is generously and luxuriously furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All 3 bedrooms have king size beds and TVs.
An additional room, furnished as an office with a sofa bed for one more person, can also be used as a fourth bedroom. The modern designed interior of the villa offers more than enough space for families or friends up to 6 persons, or alternatively a quiet and romantic stay for two.
The villa is situated in a quiet location in the West of Cape Coral on a very wide canal overlooking the mangroves, where you can enjoy a fantastic water view.
At the Tiki Hut, you can relax on a sun deck right above the water with a view of the canals and mangroves. The southern location of the villa means you have sun until late in the evening.
If you are thinking of renting a boat, no problem! The existing boat lift makes it easy for you to handle your boat and dock it directly at your vacation home. From the villa you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful and stylish villa. The spacious living and dining area leads directly onto the south-facing terrace through the fully opening sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, American fridge as well as ice maker, coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster and other small amenities.
Note: Please bring your own Nespresso capsules, you cannot buy them in the supermarket here.
Another highlight of Villa Papageno is the 10 meters long and up to 1.80 meters deep pool, where you can have a lot of fun and enjoy swimming. The water is not chlorinated but purified with a skin-friendly salt generator. The giant whirlpool offers space for all guests.
The terrace is fully equipped with a dining table, lounge chairs and sun loungers for a capacity of at least 6 people.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Wir verbrachten erholsame Weihnachtsferien mit der kompletten Familie (6 Personen) in der Villa Papageno. Diese besticht durch Ihre geschmackvolle und luxuriöse Einrichtung.
Auch die tolle Lage mit der traumhaften Aussicht auf den sehr breiten Kanal ist großartig.
Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar die Pool- und Spa-Heizung ließ sich sehr benutzerfreundlich über ein Tablet steuern. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns auch die Kajaks, die die ganze Familie zu kleinen Ausflügen auf den Kanal benutzt hat.Vergleicht man die Villa mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel ist man wesentlich flexibler, hat mehr Privatsphäre, bietet das Haus viel mehr Platz und in der Hochsaison ist es auch deutlich günstiger
Wie gewohnt war auch dieses Mal von der Buchung bis zur Hauseinweisung und die Betreuung vor Ort durch LVCC hervorragend.
Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir sofort den nächsten Urlaub bei LVCC gebucht haben.

We spend relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.
