All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Florida Diamond has all the comforts of home, beautifully decorated and furnished.
The kitchen is fully supplied with all the grilling, cooking and baking essentials and utensils you need for eating in and is just a few blocks away from Publix grocery and liquor store.
This villa is also super close to a variety of restaurant in Cape Coral. Every night 2-3 dolphins would swim up and back in the canal. So cool…
White Crystal is large, elegant and a very impressive home. The nightly views at sunset are absolutely stunning, especially looking out over the infinity pool with the fireplace lite.
My husband especially enjoyed fishing off the boat dock. Great fishing…

My wife and I have stayed at both the Florida Diamond and Villa Amalaya and both were impeccable.
LVCC doesn't have subpar houses in its management portfolio.
If you're looking for a super high quality rental product at a reasonable price, LVCC is where its at.
Management is always responsive and very helpful. We will be using LVCC for years to come.
