You will reach your holiday villa Ocean Dream through a beautiful palm avenue. The west-facing villa is located in a palm garden on a quiet residential street in the southwest of Cape Coral.
Come in and immediately be engulfed in a holiday feeling. Beautiful interior details underline the Coastal style, different blue accents bring in the colour of the ocean.
A spacious living area with an open space concept and high ceilings awaits you, as do wide window fronts, which can be fully opened onto the terrace.
The heart of the villa is a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, with a large kitchen island and luxurious quartz cover. A utility room with washing machine and dryer is available as well.
All three bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. The master suite and one guest room have direct access to the pool deck and views of the canal.
The outdoor area with pool/spa and outdoor kitchen offers enough space for all guests.
The pool is cleaned skin-friendly without chlorine via a salt system.
On the spacious terrace with lounge and deck chairs you can enjoy sunbathing, atmospheric evening hours and fantastic sunsets.
Rent a boat and drive through the canals directly from the house to the Gulf of Mexico. A boat deck with tiki, as well as a boat lift (13'000 pounds) are available.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

gerade sind wir zurück aus der schönen Villa Ocean Dream, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Daher würden wir gerne unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr in diesem Haus verlängern.
Respekt vor der Leistung der Hausverwaltung, die dafür Sorge getragen hat, dass das Haus bei unserer Anreise, trotz des Hurrikans, in einem TOP Zustand war.
