The Regency is newly refurbished with excellent quality. For your convenience and comfort it has wireless internet access, cable television, four LCD-TVs, a stereo with an I-pod docking station, a BluRay player, handheld phones, a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, hair-dryers in all bathrooms…
The pool-area invites you to swim, sun-bath, dream a little, or just watch the jumping fish in the canal a little, while sipping a cooling drink perhaps at the swim-up pool bar, or on one of the softly cushioned chaises.
On your good-size barbecue grill you can grill up some culinary delights to savour in the really comfortable seating area on the lanai.
The custom pebble-stone pool with its’ integrated swim-up bar, as well as the jacuzzi can be electrically heated and illuminated for your swim and jacuzzi-session after dark.
In the custom-made dark-cherry-wood kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops you have plenty of opportunities to make some delicious “Floridian” delights.
You have the choice to either enjoy your meals in the comfortable breakfast nook area, at the kitchen bar, or of course in the elegant formal dining room.
The most-luxurious master-suite boasts a large bedroom with a seating area, a spacious master-bathroom, two walk-in closets, and a balcony with SW exposure overlooking the spreader and nature preserve. It is located on the top-floor of the villa.
You can enjoy stunning views from the balcony, just relax or watch some TV from your most comfortable king-size bed, or from the elegant leather recliners.
The master-bathroom features his- and her marble vanities, an oversized jetted-tub, and a walk-around shower.
Located on the ground level there is another spacious master-suite with a king-size bed, a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and attached bathroom.
The third beautiful bedroom with lots of windows and space, has direct acces to the pool and also features a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and can also be used as a study.
Of course the bathrooms on the ground level are very luxurious and have either a large shower or full bathtub.
The Regency has a monitored alarm system and three garages.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

We stayed here from March 23 2017-April 6 2017 Had an amazing time everything was beautiful in the house, Newly renovated. Fully equipped lot's of lounger's for the pool area for everyone to lay around on. The way the bedroom's are laid out everybody has lot's of privacy. The property manager was very informative on how everything worked in the house and out in the pool area. Very punctual with check in and check out time's. Would highly recommend this house for a holiday.

This is a beautiful home. It is located on a quiet street in SW Cape Coral.
The house is clean, well maintained and equipped with all of the necessary amenities.
Our family spent most of our vacation relaxing by the pool, enjoying the peace and quiet. It was everything that we were looking for in a vacation house.
