The Villa Prestige is the true queen of water, located at a huge canal crossing, you have water every direction you look.
Enjoy the view from upstairs balcony and start dreaming at the sight of the boats heading for the sea

Inside the villa there is enough space even for two families, and with the billiard you can also play a friendly competition to decide the next day's vacation plans.

The whole villa is furnished in a modern style with parquet and tiled floors.

As usual in Florida you will spend a lot of time in and around the pool. You will have a large outdoor dining area and a lounge area with comfortable lounge chairs.

The real highlight is definitely the piano, but it is not only a visual element, if someone in your group has musical talent, a piano interlude at sunset will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.

The 5 bedrooms are almost a minor detail. The master bedroom upstairs has its own en suite bathroom, and on the ground floor there is also a bedroom with 2 twin beds, perfect for the children who no longer want to sleep in the same bed.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.

Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.

Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.

How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.

For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.

In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.
