This brand new award winning contemporary designed villa is simply stunning. From the moment you arrive, you appreciate the planning and detail which make this villa so impressive; the curb appeal says it all.
It is a distinctively styled luxury villa incorporating the richness of cream and sand toned floor tiles, a light and airy decor accented throughout in pale shades of aquamarine.
The living room area is designer inspired, elegant yet very inviting and comfortable.
The spacious and very open gourmet kitchen is truly impressive, featuring stainless steel Viking appliances, granite work surfaces, a large island and four upholstered bar stools for dining at the counter. The dark wood cabinetry echoed throughout the villa offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
A breakfast nook, complete with a glass table and upholstered seating is adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the spacious pool area and canal. Conveniently located nearby is a two piece bathroom.
For formal entertaining, guests can anticipate dining by candlelight around a large glass table as the villa features a separate and inviting dining room. As an additional luxury feature, there is a Butler’s Pantry complete with a beverage centre located between the kitchen and dining room.
Huge vanishing ninety degree sliding glass doors open to the south facing pool and lanai. One can only describe the exterior of this property as having the “Wow” factor. It is gorgeous and includes a huge brick paver deck offering plenty of sun loungers, an electrically heated vanishing edge pool complete with fountains and integrated spa, and provision for a child restraining fence.
On the lanai you will find an eight person table for alfresco dining and a separate sitting area with comfortable upholstered chairs and side table. A very functional outdoor kitchen with gas grill and refrigerator completes this outdoor oasis.
The impressive carpeted master suite features a king size bed, luxurious linens, a large flat screen television, his and her vanities, walk in shower with corner seating, as well as a jetted tub. A great escape for those who want to spend some quiet time alone, to watch television or just to relax. This is an elegant retreat at its finest.
There are two additional bedrooms on the main level (queen and two twins) very tastefully furnished and both offer flat screen televisions, and en suite bathrooms, one of them a convenient pool bath.
The upper level of the villa features another huge carpeted master bedroom with king size bed, sitting area and en suite bathroom. As an additional bonus, a large open deck with pub chair seating overlooks the glistening canal and patio. A private and luxurious retreat for your guests!
Additional seating is also available on the dock to bask in the sun or to unwind in the evening and take in the splendour of a Cape Coral sunset. For those who wish to explore the waters of Southwest Florida, the boat on the lift is available for rent.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Wir hatten die Villa Aquamarin die ersten 14 Tage im April 2023 für 7 Personen gemietet.
Da wir bis jetzt nur Hotels in den USA genutzt hatten, waren wir sehr gespannt.
Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld funktionierte perfekt und freuten uns schon.Was soll ich sagen: von 100 möglichen Punkten sind 100 erreicht worden.
Wir waren alle super zufrieden. Der Vorortservice, sogar in deutsch, funktionierte perfekt.
Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr gutem Zustand.
Einziges Problem: der Urlaub war wieder viel zu schnell rum.
Mein Fazit ist, dass wir LVCC sehr gern weiter empfehlen werden und dies auch bereits mit Freunden geteilt haben.
Unser nächster Florida-Urlaub wird uns definitiv wieder zu zusammen führen. Noch einmal vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Dem Herbst in Deutschland entfliehen, dass kan man in der Villa Aquamarin.
Blauer Himmel, Palmen und das Meer, da kommt sofort Urlaubsstimmung daher.
Das Interieur der Villa ist ein Traum, alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, man glaubt es kaum.
Leider ist unser Urlaub schon vorbei. Wie werden wir sie vermissen, die schönen Abende bei einem Glas Wein auf den gemütlichen Kissen.
