• Bilingual guest manager

Bilingual property manager (German/English)

As a property manager your tasks are:

• Checking the guests in and out
• Taking care of guests issues during their stay
• Checking the condition of the property before guests arrival
• Oversee the daily repair and upkeep of the properties
• Schedule service companies (cleaning, lawn service, pool services, handyman)
• Maintain the inventory (manage replacement orders)
• On call duties are required

Required skills:

• Mobility (mainly Cape Coral area)
• Valid and active drivers license
• Friendly, open and communicative
• Representative appearance
• Perfect German and English language skills

Bilingual guest manager (German/English)

As a guest manager your tasks are:

• Checking the guests in and out
