The last bedroom has a King-Sized bed as well as its own en suite full bathroom, which has access to the pool area.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Perfect location, fantastic holidays!We have been 3 families staying there for 9 days. It was absolutely great!
The villa has definitely enough space & privacy for all of us, the kitchen is perfect equipped and living rooms and bedrooms were better when expected.
We had a very good time and would rec the villa to all people seeking a luxury house with an perfect ambient.
Last not least, rent a boat in addition, it makes your stay perfect. Working with the team was a pleasure; quick, reliable and helpful. Definitely a recommendation too!
