Villa Capricorn will be a real highlight in a top location south of Cape Coral Parkways, very close to Sands Boulevard. Its southern exposure at the wide Nevada canal with view of the Orduna canal is really attractive. There are various restaurants. More restaurants can be found in Cape Harbor which is a 3 minutes’ drive away. The nearest supermarket is also only a 3 minutes’ drive away.

Floor area: 250 square meters, triple garage. Very spacious terrace with pool and spa, dining area and lounge and a BBQ-Grill. Boat jetty and a relaxing area between the pool and the jetty

The modern and sophisticated facilities are of first class quality. Living area with stone floors and wooden floors in the bedrooms, granite washstands and countertops.

There are three bedrooms with walkable wardrobes and private bathrooms.
The master bedroom has got a very luxurious bathroom and access to the terrace.
The second bedroom has access to the terrace as well.
The living room is very spacious with integrated kitchen and dining area.

Attention:
Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited!
Pets are not allowed!

If these conditions are violated, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice and without compensation.
In addition, an additional cleaning fee of at least 500 USD per pet will be charged.
An additional cleaning fee of 500 USD will also be charged for smoking in the house.

 

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.

Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.

Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.

 

How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.

For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.

In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an...Begonnen mit der unkomplizierten Anmietung, über das herzliche Willkommen und natürlich mit dem Aufenthalt selbst in der sagenhaft schönen Villa Capricorn konnten wir eine herrliche Urlaubswoche geniessen! Die Villa Capricorn ist noch schöner als es die Bilder hergeben, wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, super gut ausgestattet ( inclusive Angeln, Fahrrädern, Beachzubehör), sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral in Cape Coral gelegen. Das Angeln am Steg bescherte uns unvergessliche Momente, tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive.

Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Fort Myers und Sanibel liegen günstig erreichbar. Wir waren bei der Abreise sehr traurig, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
