The villa offers five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a King-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom and a TV. All bedrooms and bathrooms are modern, bright and generously sized.
In addition, there are two separate half-baths. A convenient pool bathroom is located outside.
The open-concept living and dining area with large windows creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine cooler and a De’Longhi Nespresso machine, and is ideal for cooking together.
Upstairs, guests will find an open game room with a pool table and suffleboard, a bar with another wine cooler and a TV – perfect for entertainment and relaxed evenings.
Both the kitchen and the upstairs bar area provide filtered drinking water for your convenience.
For those who need to work during their stay, a separate office is available.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and socializing. The large pool with an oversized spa, fire bowls and a waterfall-shower is the centerpiece of the terrace.
The fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven, ice maker, fridge, grill as well as a TV. Guests can enjoy a large dining table, a lounge area with another TV, several seating areas and sun loungers. An outdoor shower, a spacious terrace and an additional rooftop terrace complete the outdoor amenities.
Three kayaks are also available for guest use.
Not far away from Villa Soleo, you can find the brand new Sands Park. That 16.5-acre neighborhood park offers walking paths, a putting green, a playground, a burrowing owl habitat area, a butterfly plant garden, and sports courts for basketball, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, and cornhole.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
