Villa Monarch is a holiday home with character. It´s located in a very quiet cul de sac with a western exposure that makes it a wonderful place to be, allowing you to enjoy every single second of your vacation.
The whole property is surrounded by the Captainswalk - a great place to go fishing and spend a little time on your own. Even dolphins drop by every now and then. Wanting to go for a cruise? Rent a boat and go discover this beautiful area on the waterway without bridges or locks. In approx. 30 min you reach Sanibel Island. The Gulf of Mexico awaits you!

Jump into the crystal clear water of the pool or lean back in the Jacuzzi, take it easy and forget the everyday life. The pool is supplied with an “Intelli” arrangement which uses no chlorine. It is heated electrically as well as with solar. After a swim you can lounge around on one of the comfortable sun loungers, with a good book or a cool drink.
The comfortable living room, with a large television and surround sound, is the ideal place to switch off and to enjoy sweet idleness! In the Gameroom you find an excellent occasion to play billiards. WiFi High speed Internet access is included with the villa.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a lighthearted stay. Enjoy breakfast in the comfortable breakfast area, before you begin the day and go on an exploratory expedition. Besides this, there is a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron for your convenience.
The gorgeous master bedroom features a king size bed and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The 2nd master bedroom also comes with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath available.
All three bedrooms have each own TV.
The generous terrace is the best place to await spectacular Florida sunset. Try out the BBQ grill and enjoy alfresco dining under the starry sky while listening to your favorite music. Enjoy the magic of the moment. Also a kayak is available for you.
The nearest supermarket is a mere 5 minutes away by car.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
Salt electrolysis
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment system for the pool.No liquid chlorine is used. The water is purified by a salt electrolysis and has a very minimal salty taste, comparable to a tear.
The water in the pool is not contaminated with chlorine and is gentle on the skin, wonderfully soft and especially pleasant for children as there are no red eyes.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Monarch war wunderbar-wir waren rundum zufrieden: das Haus war toll, sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert, die Einweisung vor Ort sehr freundlich (wir haben ziemlich detailliert befragt bezüglich GreenCard...) und zuvorkommend.
